Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping all our handwoven products. Our shipping methods are prompt, secure and reliable. We offer free shipping on orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat rate of $11.95 is charged. All our packages are shipped with Canada Post and are tracked.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our handwoven products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Returns: In case you change your mind about the product, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom orders.

Exchanges: We're happy to facilitate exchanges, but customers must bear the costs of shipping both ways.
